About the Cristo Rey Network

The Cristo Rey Network® is the only network of high schools in the country that integrates four years of rigorous college preparatory academics with four years of professional work experience through the Corporate Work Study Program. Comprised of 41 Catholic, college- and career-preparatory schools that today serve 13,000 students across 24 states and collectively claim 25,000 graduates, the Cristo Rey Network delivers a powerful and innovative approach to inner-city education that equips students from families of limited economic means with the knowledge, character, and skills to transform their lives.

Cristo Rey Charleston High School is proud to be the 42nd school in the Cristo Rey Network and will open its doors in August of 2027. Applications to enroll will be accepted beginning in August 15, 2026 for the 2027-2028 school year. We will be accepting our Founding Freshman Class. You can use our inquiry form to find out more. Our recruitment and enrollment director will be in touch.
